Johansen (Lundgren) is an aging detective whose outdated police methods have recently posed a public relations problem for the ministry. To save his job, he is sent to Mexico to extradite a woman witness (Villa) of the murders of two DEA agents. Once there, not only did his old views come into question, but he also realized that bad guys on both sides of the border were now attacking him and his witness.
